My classes are suitable for all fitness levels : beginner, intermediate and advanced and include people from all different age groups, shapes and sizes. And here’s the really cool part! If you can’t join me at the time of my livestreams (Mon-Wed-Fri with occasional bonus classes on Tuesdays and Saturdays), I also upload videos in my Video Library (password protected) so you can work out any time that fits your schedule!
